HOW DOES IT WORK?

Each door where people enter and exit a site, a store, or a zone is configured with a high precision people counter. The movement of customers entering and exiting is monitored and transmitted in real time.

When the venue capacity inside is reached, your customers are notified at the entrance when they should wait for their turn and when they may enter. With a virtual queue line solution they can even ask to be notified through their mobile phone.

A virtual queue system improves the customer experience even further by eliminating the need for waiting in a physical line. Thanks to our user-friendly app, the queuing process is entirely automated. Customer signs in on their smartphone with their name and phone number to access the virtual queue.

It’s the perfect solution to respect social distancing guidelines or to manage curbside pickups for instance.

Upon arrival, the customer
