Under the direction of the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the Senior Account Director supervises designated business development initiatives. It is incumbent upon him to ensure the achievement of
sales targets in accordance with the company’s established marketing strategy for its products and services.

Responsabilities

  • Identifies and develops sales opportunities through inbound leads, cold calls, and additional sales opportunities (upgrades and complementary products) with existing clients.
  • Manages the sales cycle of opportunities by keeping their sales pipeline up to date.
  • Conducts product and service demonstrations for potential and existing clients and collaborates with team members as needed.
  • Performs client visits as necessary and participates in business activities such as industry trade shows in served and developing markets.
  • Completes the sales process, including preparing proposals and negotiating agreements to achieve established sales objectives.
  • Presents objectives to their superior and evaluates revenue and cost implications of proposed strategies.
  • Ensures follow-up on client satisfaction and communicates client feedback to make necessary adjustments.
  • Demonstrates company values in interactions with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Proficiency and Effective Utilization of CRM Tool

SUMMARY OF REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Extensive experience in sales (between 5- 10 years).
  • Skill in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
  • Collaboration with other departments to achieve collective sales goals.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, manage pipelines, and follow up on leads efficiently.
  • Perfectly bilingual in English and functional French

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in software and technology services sales is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel worldwide as needed.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
